How do the DST warnings work?
TimeThere compares your home time zone with each person's time zone. If the gap between you changes inside the warning window, the popover shows a notice and a DST tag on that row. The default window is 30 days and you can change it in Settings. Two cities that switch on the same day produce no warning, because the gap does not change.
Why do I see a warning for someone in a city without DST?
The warning follows the gap between you and them. If your own city changes its clock, the gap to a no-DST city changes too.
How do I set working hours?
Open Settings from the popover. Defaults are working 09:00 to 18:00, off hours 07:00 to 09:00 and 18:00 to 23:00, and asleep 23:00 to 07:00, all in each person's local time.
How do I make it launch at login?
Open Settings and turn on Launch at login. You can also add it in System Settings, General, Login Items.
How do I add someone?
Open Settings, choose a team, and add a person by city, country or abbreviation.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. It reads time zone data from macOS and stores settings locally.
Which macOS versions work?
macOS 14 or later.
